This unique bowl was made from a 1.5kg solid block of wet clay in the winter months, in Lisbon Portugal. This stoneware object was glazed and fired several times in our studio and reflects the dark stormy days and nights that came in off the Atlantic.

The bowl is a part of an ongoing series, called O Mar which explores the unpredictable beauty of what the ocean can do to rock.
